What happens in the event of a breakdown? In the unlikely event of vehicle breakdown, Home James will (time permitting) make every effort to secure a replacement vehicle, either from their own fleet, or from that of another company. If a replacement vehicle is supplied, which varies from the type reserved, a discount of fees payable, will be agreed. If a replacement vehicle cannot be supplied, a full refund of fees, will be made. Please be assured that our large fleet, and a good relationship with other Limo companies, means that whilst we cannot guarantee that our cars will never breakdown, we can guarantee that if this does happen there will be far more chance of supplying a replacement than if your had booked a limo with a smaller company. back <<<
